Hard to hear can be difficult to go to places and order food. The staff here made it easy and took the time needed to interpret my fiance for me. In my experience, most places do not take the time to talk to me and only show me while I am with whoever I am with... or sometimes a complete stranger standing close to me. This specific panda was great and I really appreciate how I was treated like any other customer. View all feedback.
The chicken and shrimp were delicious, but the fried rice and noodles did not meet the expected quality.
It can be challenging to navigate restaurants and place orders when you have hearing difficulties. However, the staff at this particular location made the experience so much easier for me by taking the time to communicate with my fiancé and interpret for me. In my experience, many restaurants don't invest the time to engage with me directly and often rely on whoever I'm with—or even a complete stranger nearby—to assist. This specific Panda location stood out for its excellent service, and I truly appreciated being treated just like any other customer.
My daughter and I ordered the orange chicken, a two-piece and a three-piece plate. Overall, we enjoyed the good taste and the pleasant atmosphere.
The chefs work here now 05/27/2022 is excellent. I've been to many pandas, but the chefs aren't missing at the moment. Very recommended.
