Booking the reservation via email was a simple process. I deducted a star because I did not receive a response the day before or the day of the event regarding pick up details. Luckily, my partner was able to collect the order in time. The biscuits were delicious and the presentation was lovely, but the prices were on the high end. View all feedback. We had used this shop previously and had a good experience. But the last few orders we've had issues. I would call the shop to confirm a time to pick up my cookies and upon arrival no one was there.
