What Jaleel Schultz doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
They refused to serve me queso even though they still had some, the guy said they needed to use it for online orders instead of giving it to their paying customers that drive to their store. Most backwards thing I've ever heard of! I could have gotten out of line pulled out my phone and been served the way I should have been but they wouldn't serve me because I came in person? This restaurant basically kept me going throughout college. Given how frequently I ordered from here, you might expect me to have had some negative experiences, but this Chipotle consistently provided excellent food and outstanding service. View all feedback.
