I tried to call them but couldn't get through, so I called back a few days later and spoke to a manager named Michael. I couldn't be happier with how he handled the situation. His professionalism made a significant difference; he resolved the issue and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you for your outstanding service, Michael. I will definitely be returning to this Arby's location.
