Arby's - Normal

So happy the possibility of home style fries is back! It didn't matter for the seasoned curly fries. I ate here 1-2 times a week until they stop offering them. Now I will return regularly!

Recently I visited this Arby site via the passage at 8 a.m. on a week night and had a discrepancy with my order. I tried to call, but was not able to reach them, so I called back a few days later and spoke to a manager whose name was Michael and I could not be happier with how he treated the situation. His professionalism really went a long way, he made the situation right and definitely went beyond and beyond. Thanks for your professionalism, Michael. I'll return to this Arby site.

Big fast food joint. Food is very tasteful and juicy. Service is fast, price is fair. Great place if you're looking for a sandwich. They definitely have the meat.
