What in the world has happened here, end of service and end of all courtesy. A very nice young man stood in the checkout and accepted the order, possibly he was in training, but he does not learn from others that he does not give him the opportunity to try for himself. Among other things, he was to make two coffee moccas for us, but he was not allowed to do so, one of the foreign ladies took command and we were served coffee completely without mocha taste. There was a really bad atmosphere behind the counter, guests asked to borrow cloths so they could wash the tables they were sitting at. It is completely inappropriate to visit the cafeteria if this is the standard.
