I arrived at the restaurant a bit late, just before 11 PM, which I understand is an inconvenient time. However, I waited over 10 minutes for a spicy dish rated a 9 on the menu, only to receive an undercooked chicken patty. I tried calling to address the issue, but no one picked up. I'm really not happy with my experience.
Every single time I go through the drive-thru, they never get my order right! What is wrong with people? It's really not that difficult. I ordered an apple pecan salad with extra dressing, but what did I receive? A salad with only one packet of dressing, no pecans, and no receipt. I had to get out of my car to ask for the pecans. I didn’t even bother to ask for the extra dressing because the manager looked at me as if I was troubling her just by requesting a packet of pecans.
One of the rudest drive thru I've encountered with. The female was yelling thru the mic without a reason. They had my order wrong but I can't prove it because they don't have receipts. I hope the higher up do an audit on this Wendy's. This is the worst out of all of them.
