Eating was great, server was great beautiful location. Definitely had a good time tonight!!

The food was pretty good. But, the service was subpar at best. We were separated from the rest of the dining area, not a single other person was sat in the same area. And yet our server was nowhere to be seen throughout most of our dinner. I'm sure some patrons have a better experience, however it was not good at all for us. Would not recommend

THIS IS A LETTUCE WRAP. THIS IS NOT A FAJITA CHICKEN WRAP. RIDICULOUS. I’m giving 2 stars because it was packaged nice, but I’d rather have a wrap with a decent amount of chicken than a nice bag and containers for my food. Will not order from again.

Service was nice but the food is where it fell apart... I ordered a steak (my first mistake) and asked for medium rare (second mistake). It arrived over well done! Had a hard time cutting it, so when waitress asked how it was I let her know. She had it taken back, waited for the new steak and the cook or manager, not sure who he was, stood to watch me cut into it to make sure. It was well done, again. I said I wouldn 't send it back again since I was hungry but he knew it was messed up. Check came and they said they comped the steak. No, they only comped the fixed steak they gave me. So, I guess that was nice of them to not have me pay for 2 bad steaks but for just 1 awful one...

The food was really good but the waitress was very very very very lazy. It appears that she had an attitude when she walked up to the table and seemed annoyed that we had ordered cocktails and regular soda. We asked for a cherry Pepsi and she said they didn’t have cherry Pepsi but when I mentioned that they could just put a little grenadine from the bar in it she absolutely had no clue what I was talking about so my daughter’s birthday cherry Pepsi just couldn’t be handled. She ended up just getting a regular Pepsi. When I had finished my first cocktail I was ready for a refill but she was nowhere to be found and then my boyfriend finished his drink and she was nowhere to be found and then when the food was delivered we finally got a chance to ask for a refill and It still took another 15-29 minutes to get there. I work as a server myself so I understand when things are busy ,service is a little bit slow but it was definitely not busy and we were literally one of the only tables she had. In addition to my meal I had also ordered a side salad as a starter and it was brought out with my meal which is really no big deal but by that point I really just wanted to eat my meal and didn’t want to juggle eating a salad and my regular food. I was going To send my salad back because I wanted it as an appetizer but I figured since she was so annoyed that it would’ve just ben more trouble than what it was worth so I asked for a box to pack that up as well. The food was really good but definitely the wait staff or maybe the particular one that I had needs a little bit more training in sense of urgency. They should be trained to not walk up to a Four Top Rolling her eyes and acting irritated like I was interrupting something they were doing. This Applebee’s used to be one of my go to spots and I thought I would give it another chance. My daughter really looks forward to coming here on her birthday and this is the restaurant she requested so I was extremely disappointed in the service and not the food I hope that that can be improved on in the future so that way other people celebrating can have a much better experience than I did.
