The Taphouse Grill - Norfolk

The karaoke host, Ronnie Talman, displayed incredibly selfish behavior and showed no regard for fairness. I had signed up to sing and waited patiently for an hour, only to see my name suddenly dropped from number 6 to number 30 without any explanation. When I approached Ronnie to ask why, he dismissively stated that he couldn't help me because it was his turn to sing. It was clear that he was more concerned with stealing the spotlight for himself than with providing good customer service. You need to be wary of such behavior at this establishment.

I highly recommend everything, from the food to the service. I am far from home but still enjoyed my dining experience.

My friends and I had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. We all ordered burgers that were extremely burnt and had to send them back. The fries were the only thing that was good about the meal.

Very quiet atmosphere. the beer was really good at hahn. the food was delicious! I had the chicken sluice with mushrooms. her sose made the court. it tasted all fresh and authentic. as if they actually pick up the chicken in their backyard bbq and mushrooms to freeze them. I wouldn't have asked.

Nice bar. Chill ambiance. Drafts and other commons drinks. Music events and terrace.
