She often displays frustration towards customers who are just trying to pick up their food, making it seem like we are bothering her.

On one occasion, their posted hours were incorrect; on another, their system was down, which left me unable to receive my sandwich even though I was charged for it. There was also a time when they couldn't prepare hot sandwiches. It feels like there's always something going wrong, which really takes away from the overall dining experience. I ultimately gave it two stars because I did get my order right on two out of the four visits. During the incident with the system failure, an employee claimed they tried to call me, but apparently someone said I didn't order from Subway. However, I was right there in the restaurant to pick up my order and never received any calls or texts. I have serious doubts about their explanation.

The staff taking orders were very helpful, especially an older woman with red hair who managed multiple tasks with impressive efficiency. When she briefly stepped away from the line with six subs waiting, another older woman seamlessly took over the register. Despite the hectic atmosphere, the young woman making sandwiches remained friendly and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
