The sandwich was flavorful, even though they mistakenly added the wrong sauce to one of mine. It wasn't a big problem, and overall, I would still suggest ordering from here.

The soda machine was dirty, dispensing black residue and grime into my cup. It was very unappealing.

The restaurant is convenient and well-maintained, but the older Black lady with red hair can be rather unfriendly. She often displays frustration towards customers who are just trying to pick up their food, making it seem like we are bothering her.

The food is decent, but the staff are unfriendly even when customers are polite. Additionally, the limited weekend hours make it inconvenient for visitors.

I've dined at this restaurant four times, and unfortunately, each visit has had its problems. On one occasion, their posted hours were incorrect; on another, their system was down, which left me unable to receive my sandwich even though I was charged for it. There was also a time when they couldn't prepare hot sandwiches. It feels like there's always something going wrong, which really takes away from the overall dining experience. I ultimately gave it two stars because I did get my order right on two out of the four visits. During the incident with the system failure, an employee claimed they tried to call me, but apparently someone said I didn't order from Subway. However, I was right there in the restaurant to pick up my order and never received any calls or texts. I have serious doubts about their explanation.
