There was no one else... read more I was eager to try the new menu item last night, but instead, my daughter and I waited in line for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. There was no one else in the restaurant, yet the person behind the counter chose to focus solely on online orders instead of even saying a word to us. I understand that online orders can be challenging, but it’s unacceptable to not acknowledge a waiting customer or at least inform me that I would be assisted shortly. After 30 minutes of him doing everything but taking my order, I finally decided to leave.
