Starbucks - Norfolk

Why is it that every time I go to Starbucks, it appears to be closed even though the hours say it should be open? The coffee is great, though.

Eventually, a new employee showed up and, despite being new to the shift, took my order and payment politely. However, just as he began to pour my coffee, the same woman who had asked about food informed him that they were out of coffee. He apologized and refunded my money, but I couldn't help but wonder why she felt it was acceptable to let us wait in line without notifying us that there was no coffee available. She didn’t seem occupied with anything else, as she was merely asking other customers if they wanted food.

I really love Starbucks coffee. Although I don’t go there often, whenever I do, I always savor the bold flavor of their brews. There's nothing like enjoying a great cup of coffee!

I was not impressed with my visit. I arrived at 5 AM hoping to grab a coffee. As a Starbucks barista, I have certain expectations regarding the atmosphere and quality of beverages. Unfortunately, both baristas seemed annoyed by our presence, and the drinks were just mediocre. My shaken espresso had way too much oat milk, and the shots were burnt. I won't be coming back.

The cold brew was a lighter shade than iced tea. They quickly replaced it with an iced coffee, but it turned out to be too diluted.
