When I called to make a r... read more There aren't many options for Christmas Day dinner, so my daughter looked up Shula's online and found good reviews from a few friends. When I called to make a reservation, they asked if I had any special requests. Since I have difficulty with stairs, I requested a table on the main level. The staff was very attentive and, despite it being Christmas, remained cheerful and accommodating. As for the food, my daughter's Facebook post says it best: "Yum! Forget Christmas ham— the red snapper was delicious!" Shula's is a lovely place for a special occasion. A big thank you to the staff who work on Christmas! Valet parking was definitely a nice bonus.

However, I recently celebrated my b... read more I make it a point to visit at least twice a year, and I’ve always found the servers, hostesses, and staff to be exceptional. However, I recently celebrated my birthday there, and I have to highlight Ana—she was absolutely fantastic! She truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. I really hope she’s there the next time I visit. Ana was delightful, looked fantastic, had a great sense of humor, was knowledgeable about the menu and specials, and was just all-around excellent! She deserves to be recognized and appreciated—she’s a real gem!

Breanne and Zachary have taken care of my group off and on for three days. Had a group of 50+ people and Anna and her team of servers were spot on. This group of individuals were/are fantastic!

My favorite bartender is Jake. Always remembers a customer's drink and gives great recommendations for what beverage to have with a meal.
