The lobster was pretty flavorless and the sword fish a little overcooked and dry (it does not take much). The wait staff was excellent. We wanted desert but nothing really spoke to us. It would have been nice to have had a few simple choices to just end on a sweet note. Special cookie, one scoop of ice cream, classic cheese cake. My swordfish was on a bed of succotash. Even the succotash was disappointing. It usually has a pop of flavor from one of the vegetables but here all the flavors blended together into something good but not great. The dry swordfish needed that pop of flavor. It was served with a dollop of chimichurri and microgreens which were a nice addition. Had the fish been cooked slightly less and the vegetables left with a pop of flavor, it would have been a different review

I would highly recommend askin... read more We had a great dinner at Saltine! Our server, Kyle, was the epitome of great service. He was attentive, thoughtful, and pleasant. I would highly recommend asking for Kyle if you would like to have a server who is knowledgeable about seafood, especially oysters. Additionally, the raw oysters  at Saltine are amazing! There is a wonderful selection of local oysters, all with different tastes and textures. We heard that Saltine is changing up its dessert menu, which is good. They need to have more options, especially something that includes chocolate! A great choice for great evenings with friends and family.

Over all everything else was AWESOME….
