This Papa John’s has the best customer service I have received for years! Casey is amazing! If he's not the manager, he should definitely be. “My pizza came only through cheese and I asked if they simply add some peppermint and it again in really fast. What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
We usually have great service from this location. This order was a complete surprise to us. First off they delivered the wrong order. We had to call the store and get them to contact the driver and have him return and find our order. Then when we opened our pizzas, they were so poorly sliced I can't even begin to describe them! It looked like the individual who sliced them had never seen a sliced pizza in their life!... View all feedback.
My first ever heart shaped pizza!! The sauce made this pizza so good. I was a bit disappointed in the 'not like the picture ' jalapeno poppers a bit flat, dull dry. Now, back to the delicious pizza (pepperoni, sausage, cheese, mushrooms, onions that delicious sauce!!!

This is a great Papa Johns. Super fast and a friendly team. Unlike the rest of Colley Ave., this spot has its own dedicated parking lot for Papa Johns and a few of its neighbors. Easy to zip in and out for pick up orders. They do a good job with mask-wearing and not having any seating available inside. (The bench was turned around. Enjoy!

Excellent customer service! We order from Papa John’s about 3-4 times a month and just moved to this area. We requested light sauce but the pizza that was delivered had sauce oozing from it. I called the store about the issue and was offered a remake or credit. The remake was correct, and delivered quickly, fresh hot. Kudos to delivery driver Stephen, he was very friendly! Thank you for fixing our order, we will definitely order from this location again.
