Today I ordered a san... read more So lately the salads have gone downhill. I started getting mostly lettuce ribs without any actual lettuce leaf on them which is not tasty. Today I ordered a sandwich and when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order at the rapid pick up shelf, therewas a crudely written sign to see cashier for rapid pick up orders. Well it was lunch time and there was a line! So I asked ifthere was someone who could grab my order and was basically told to wait my turn, to which I responded, they whole point ofrapid pick up is to walk in, grab it and go! The nice woman ahead of me said I could go before her and the kid behind thecounter said no! I told her that she was first, but that the kid could have asked for help (since there was a line! anddidn?t. Then when I opened my sandwich, the halves were wrapped flattened together!! It was completely pressed together, oneon top of the other! Yeah I?m done with this location.

It was during a busy time of the day and... read more I appreciate the young lady who took the time to look up how many carbs was in a loaf of bread for my diabetic mother. It was during a busy time of the day and she could have easily said she didn't have the time but she pulled her phone out and asked themanager if she could look it up. She even cut it down to size that would be a healthy portion for my mom. Will be coming back tothis location for our bread from now on. Thanks for the extra care.
