Was Benjamin C at Lilly's Corner a mag?
Wow. Simply fantastic. I knew this place was promising when I pulled up and saw that it was at a gas station. Thue Curry with chicken, fish fatayas, and a side of joloff rice. First, the curry was piping hot. This really made a huge difference because it just made the flavors pop. What Robbie dislikes about Lilly's Corner:
If you have tried many different African dishes and have an open mind, I would say this is for you. Lily’s corner is a senegalese restaurant so it isn’t like every other African restaurant. It has its own unique taste. I ordered several dishes. One being the Thiebu Yap/ Guinar (picture attached) but it wasn’t for my taste. You just have to try it yourself. View all feedback.

I ordered online and my food was ready when I got there. Friendly staff, cute decor, and great food!! I ordered the Fish Yassa and Red Snapper. Both came with rice and vegetables but I added an order of plantain. So glad I did, it was the perfect fit! I loved the more savory onions that come on the side, but the spicer version was also a good addition with the fish. I've come here before but it was years ago. I'll be back! Also, these items are good for anyone with a gluten

The people who worked there were nice enough but this food did not sit well with me or my fiance. I ordered the spinach stew and there was so much oil in it I ended up sick. The lamb was good though. My fiance ordered the grilled lamb, which another patron told us it was so good it didn 't taste like lamb. That was odd. The lamb was very thin and not tender at all. After comparing the taste to my lamb and giving it a good look over, we really think it was a pork chop

Loved the food definitely one of my favorite African spits in Norfolk beside the only other one but will come back again ecspecially for that DiBiase lamb and maybe some okra soup with fufu but was amazing will come back ????????????

Thank You so much Ms.Lilly???? The food was Absolutely delicious and well portioned and seasoned perfect I showed my co-workers and believe they will be trying you out for themselves but for me I AM MOST DEFINITELY A NEW CUSTOMER AND IT TASTED JUST THE WAYI LIKE???? The grilled lamb and rice with onions peppers.
