I'm so happy I decided to find this place! First, of you enjoy Caribbean food this place smells delicious! I had the curried chickpeas, rice and beans, collards and cabbage. They even had ginger beer to-go. The food was fabulous and I'm already scheming on how I can swing past here before flying out tomorrow. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Island Krave:
This is the worst jerk chicken I have ever tried. The sauce is awful and it clearly was not made with chicken thighs. It seems like they just chopped up some chicken breast and poured some spicy tangy sauce on top. I don't believe the positive reviews are genuine. It's likely the restaurant themselves writing them. I will not be eating here again. It was overpriced and lacked flavor. View all feedback.

The portions are a good size, but nothing impressive taste. I prefer desmonds in wb (all vegan Caribbean/Guyanese.)
I went to island krave before I went on my vegan trip and I liked eating. I never checked the menu for vegan options, so it wasn't even something I thought of. Now that I'm vegan, I was surprised that krave appeared on the happycow list of restaurants with vegan options. the waitress was friendly enough to try our vegan fare. although it is possible that the menu can change the yellow rice, rice and exfoliate, cauliflower, collar and curry cockbsen. everything tasted really good. although we don't try the plantains, my daughter took a chance and ordered them and she loved them. the only other article on the menu we did not try or rehearsal was the sweet potato frits. I recommend it if you want to try it and I'll come back.
