Higher Heights Caribbean - Norfolk

I ordered three beef patties at 2 PM, and they were extremely tough. To make matters worse, there was a sign stating that there are no refunds for food or drinks. I attempted to call them multiple times but received no response. This will be the last time I visit. I've tried to give them another chance, but I'm consistently let down. Food rating: 1/5.

This place is more of a grab-and-go—you're not likely to want to linger over your meal. The woman taking orders often seems grumpy. The food itself is decent, but they skimp on the protein and load up on the sides. The mac and cheese is just from a box and not baked. Given the small portions of meat, the prices feel a bit steep. I mostly come here for the convenience. It's disappointing because there's so much potential for improvement.

Absolutely horrible! The mac and cheese was extremely mushy, the oxtails were swimming in broth, and the curry chicken lacked any flavor! The only redeeming quality was the ginger beer!

Wow i came on here to express how rude the older lady at the register was to me i had to walk out and i see many other customers on here beat me to the point lol... she should not be in the front dealing with customers honestly.. I'm from out of town NY and went there because I'm staying in the area for three weeks and from i stepped in and ask what's on the menu she started giving me attitude she refuse to tell me what they had. And it didn't stop there.. long story short. I told her before walking out i hope she treats everyone the same as she did with me and they do the same and walk the hell out. Until no one coming there to buy their food and the business closes! ?

The shrimp is small, the food is bland overpriced but the staff was nice.
