Literally sat in the drive thru for about 6 minutes and when we asked for a minute to review the menu, the worker repeatedly asked if we wanted menu item 6. she raised her voice claiming she couldn’t hear us while we were basically yelling at the speaker. once we were ready to order someone else was on the mic and began taking our order. then we were informed of a 7 minute wait and at that point we were completely over and and drove off. please do better.

Our food was cold. The burger was not fully cooked. My fries were completely burned. I am very disappointed that I wasted so much money on a garbage meal. Will not return unless things improve.

I paid $6.27 for what were supposed to be two large sweet tea's, but it's missing the Tea!!! Nothing, but sugar water with old tea bags and could've got this for free by asking for 2 cups of water n packets of sugar!!!

I have been to this location on a few different occasions and the service was mediocre, but over the past six months the service has gotten horrible. I have gone back a couple times in hopes that the bad service was due to an off day for them, but no, it 's the garbage employees that interact with the customers. There is no quality control from management for customer service

Not once not twice but EVERY single time I have came here the shake machine is not in service, my order isn’t right, or something is missing out of the bag causing me to wait for my order when I have only a 30 min lunch. Today was it!! I’m not coming back here
