I had a very disappointing experience at this Hardee's location. I ordered a steak biscuit using a buy one, get one for $1 promotion, along with a $1 iced tea. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal. The cashier messed up my order, and the manager simply needed to cancel it and reprocess my payment. Although I had paid with a card, she insisted she couldn't cancel the order because I had taken a sip from the drink. I had merely inserted a straw into the cup, so there was no reason for such an accusation. To make matters worse, she didn’t even apologize for her tone. The manager's behavior was overly dramatic; she rolled her eyes and tossed her head back during our conversation, displaying a complete lack of patience. Clearly, she needs more training in handling customer complaints. Furthermore, the cashier had also made a mistake with the order before mine. After not visiting this Hardee's for a while, I am now hesitant to return after this experience.
Burger was good. Not very busy when I went.
They offer fantastic breakfast options! My favorite is the breakfast platter.
