Culture Lounge And - Norfolk

I was suppose to celebrate my birthday here on September 2nd. A week before I set reservations for a section on September 2nd 9pm and paid an $100 deposit. Since then, I’ve texted the reservation number 3 times that they have listed on instagram and it has now been 2 days later and I still have not gotten a response from anyone. When I arrived, me and my group of friends noticed that they were closed. There was another group of people waiting as well. Nobody was informed that they would’ve been closed. I also went up there today (Sunday) to see if I could talk to someone there about getting my money back but they were still closed. Being that this was my birthday weekend, it was very inconvenient because I had to find last minute plans. I have been here before and this has never happened. It is very professional to have people waste their time and money.

Good crowd and music..but the bartenders are not friendly.

Food was horrible. Service was trash the bartender was bartendering and being a waitress. Waited along time for food which was the shrimp mash potatoes and crab meat. Will never go back

It was really fun at first, I came for my birthday. Until I realized there was no DJ so I heard the same playlist and some songs 3-4 times throughout the night. The ceiling also was very leaky by our booth. Hookah was nice though.

It was a nice experience, be prepared to stand if you don't get bottle service or to the bar early.. There is no DJ the music is coming from a CD... Crowd seemed like a nice variation...
