Contribute FeedbackOverall, the reviews for this Burger King location are quite mixed. Some customers had negative experiences, noting slow service, a lack of urgency from employees, and issues with cleanliness and food quality. However, others had positive experiences, highlighting friendly and efficient service from certain employees like Shareta and Karen. The general consensus seems to be that while the food quality and service can be hit or miss at times, there are standout employees who provide excellent service and keep customers coming back.
It was ok. There was no wait as nobody else was there save for a family on the way out. The restaurant was very clean, the tables were wiped down very nice. The food was good, however a little cheap. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and each one only had a tiny piece of bacon on it (I added pictures). The fountain drink area was well tended to.
I said I wanted two large #4 with Coke, they put smalls when I said large, then when I asked at the window, they said they didn 't hear me say large. Your employees need to listen. After they charged me for Large, they continued to ask You said Large right? You said Large right? What is with your employees??
Asked were onions rings are ready available, I was told yes they are. I had such a long wait I asked the cashier was I waiting on onion rings and of course she said yes. I told her that I didn't want them pulled right out of the grease, really greasy, that's why I asked in advance. I asked for a refund and 3 workers gave me ugly looks, reluctantly gave me a refund and refused to give me a receipt. Sure won't visit there anymore and stop lying to your customers.
I had to ask from my receipt it wasn't even offered to me. However, I don't go to restaurants for anything but their food. I have been eating 2 for $4 in Virginia Beach and get 3x the egg in each of my croissants. I usually have 2 meals. This left me so sad and hungry I had to eat both to fill up. Here is a pic. 1 millimeter of eggs bacon and cheese thick. The rest is bread LOL really?
Once again I've never been disappointed with how sorry customer services went to drive through order the Southwest that's supposed to be a special for $5 got to the window and they told me it's $9.21 I tell them that's not what I wanted and the young lady caught a major attitude I've been in this business for 35 years and it is progressively getting worse I will be contacting corporate
