Buffalo Wild Wings - Norfolk

Normally like BWW, this one is a hover. Sucks on one end and blows out the other! Staff friendly but extremely inefficient. Had to wait long time for refill of tea, ordered the salad with fried chicken, took minutes with my group being ahead of the lunch rush. Plate was unremarkable and skimpy, definitely not worth the price. After paying and my friends got their change and I had wait over min for mine after aReminding the server again. Will never step foot in this one. Again I usually like BWW, have been to others in the area during football and got better service, better food, and a better experience.

Beer battered Onion rings and Nachos are my favourite. Loved the black cherry mojito. Great ambience and Great service. This place is definetly worth a try.

This was my first time ever eating from them and I would say about all the great experiences next time, I just have to go in

We came on a Sunday afternoon. there was only one other table in the restaurant. we stood for about 5 minutes before someone came forward to welcome us. we were told we were supposed to take everyone table, and after 10 minutes nobody came to our table. I told the host next time I saw her, and she told me she would get our waitress. when we had hired our orders, we were there for 20 minutes. someone from the other table came by to tell us that they had waited for an hour and had not been given their food yet. we waited out, and they brought an order about 45 minutes after our order, and after another 30 minutes the other order had not come. we were 1.5 hours in the restaurant, even without our entire order. what was missing: wings! all in your name! we warned a few people who came in and left a few.

Well, it's 10 minutes before it should be here, we have a warning that the door-disc driver came into the load, then the order was canceled. we have tried to call the load for half an hour to find out what is going on or at least get a refund and they do not respond. we can't touch the door as we have ordered over the app. still call and every time it has us in the grip for a few minutes, says no one is available and it hangs on. incredibly upset.
