The staff is so rude and my cinnamon bite front tent had hair in it. I'm officially finished with Aunt Anne's.

Order the MINI PRETZEL DOGS sold me old and over boiled product burned soils and all this was my first time to try Auntie Anne's and will be my last, I will stay with Cinnabon.

I usually love this place, and I don't make reviews, but... * Seufz* I command a pulpit, go home and bite it.... hard... like... a... ROCK! If you are too lazy to throw old tents for your customers, then you will get another job.

I wanted to use my reward points for a free pretzel and the cashier could not understand. Must have been lost in translation because English was not her first language. Very frustrating.

WOW! I can't believe this place is so highly rated I guess I can't agree whether or not the food is any good. Because I left after witnessing POOR FOOD HANDELING. The cashier wearing gloves handling money counting change, then touching pretzels. DISCUSTING.
