If you like authentic ramen, you will love this restaurant! They really have the best ramen I have found in the area. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are just right and they even have a veggie ramen option! The vibe is relaxed and friendly, with really cool artwork. The staff is very helpful if you have questions about the different ramen, or other menu options.Although I don?t have a picture of it, we love the miso butter cake, so try to save room for it!
The food did not taste like Ramen. You can get this kind of food from a package at you nearest corner store. The customer service was not great either. It took a while for someone to finally acknowledge my presence so that I could order. They kindof just stood there watching me while I try to figure out if I should seat myself for a to go order or not. The packaging ofthe food was very cheap. First and last time at this place. Food was nasty
If you're a fan of authentic ramen, you’re going to love this restaurant! They have the best ramen I've tasted in the area. The broth is delicious and rich, the noodles are cooked to perfection, and they even have a vegetarian ramen option. The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, featuring unique artwork. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions about the different ramen choices or other menu items. Although I don’t have a picture, the miso butter cake is a must-try, so be sure to save some space for dessert!
The appetizers, such as Shrimp Toast and Asian Sticky Wings, received a score of 5/10. While they were tasty, the prices felt unjustifiable, particularly the six wings at $16, which seemed excessive. The Tonkotsu ramen was also underwhelming; priced at $15, it was overly salty and earned a similar 5/10 rating. The atmosphere, rated at 5/10, lacked the charm of a traditional ramen shop, although it showed some promise. Ultimately, the high prices brought the overall rating down to 4/10, making it a place I wouldn’t recommend for ramen lovers.
The ramen at this restaurant lacked authenticity and tasted more like something you might find pre-packaged at a convenience store. Additionally, the customer service was disappointing; it took a considerable amount of time for anyone to acknowledge my presence so I could place my order. The staff appeared confused about whether I should seat myself or order takeout. The food was also poorly packaged and overall felt low quality. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant, as I left feeling unsatisfied.
