Norderney is a beautiful and quiet island in the North Sea and we decided to spend a week in total relaxation. we are Italian and would never have thought to find an Italian restaurant on the island. we thought it was impossible to find restaurants outside italian, and obviously impossible to find good Italian restaurants! but what a surprise! al dente is a wonderful little piece italien on norderney! delicious food, fish or meat, masterfully prepared by the chef lello, who brings all the aromes of the very Italian dishes on their table. And what to say about weine: unforgettable Sardinian wee, red or white, from a famous cave of alghero. we advise you to choose the restaurant al dente!

Very friendly and caring staff. quiet location. it would be nice to see an English translation in the menu. overall - a very good restaurant.
