Great restaurant, great sandwiches. HOWEVER I have ordered from here alot lately and everytime i purchase a BOTTLED soda.... i get a fountain drink that it 75% filled with ice. So I spend almost 3 for a bottled soda but only get about .75 cents of soda. It would be one thing if they did it once because they ran out but this has been a CONSISTENT issue over the last 4-5 orders I have made. And this isnt an uber/grubhu... View all feedback.
The customer service here is excellent. Every time I visit Subway, they change their gloves, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
I placed an order for a footlong Club through UberEats on August 16, 2019, during the first shift. I ended up calling the restaurant nine times over the course of 20 minutes because I wanted to request extra onions and jalapeños on my order. The first three calls were completely ignored, as the phone just kept ringing until I was directed to a voicemail that was already full. On my fourth call, I was put on hold but eventually got disconnected. Calls five through nine no longer even rang; they went straight to the full voicemail inbox. This was my first experience with this location, and I can assure you it will be my last. Thank you for your exceptional customer service.
This restaurant serves great food and has delicious sandwiches. However, I've encountered a persistent issue with my recent orders. Each time I've purchased a bottled soda, I've received a fountain drink instead, and it’s typically filled 75% with ice. So while I'm paying almost $3 for a bottled soda, I end up with only about 75 cents' worth of actual soda. If this happened just once, I could understand it might be a mistake, but it's been a consistent problem over the last 4 or 5 orders. This isn’t an issue with ordering through Uber or Grubhub either—I've been in the restaurant and have seen that they have bottled sodas in stock. Even if they were out, it's their responsibility to update the menu or make that item unavailable. It may just be a few extra dollars in profit for them, but it feels like a scam, especially since this has happened with every delivery order I've placed.
I shared half so I dont know about that half but my half is nothing but the sides lettuce etc.....I finally found 1 little piece of Turkey breast. I've always ordered the club and they dont have it anymore. If I would have had some turkey breast on my veg sandwich it wouldvedcbeen been really good. Only reason for low score. I know not to order again. And for everyone else that uses their app they dont accept it here. Thanks
Didn't know that the melt was an actual item on the menu. Atleast know your menu if you're working there. They used to be good with proportions but now they barely put any Tuna in a sandwich.
