Th... read more Don?t bother coming here after 9 because they never have any food. Got there 30 minutes before close and they only had 3 pcs of chicken left. Very sad staff. This has happened multiple times. They only worried about getting off the clock on time it seems and not the customers.

I just went through the drive-through and received a pot pie in less than 30 seconds, that was great, But I can say I have never had the misfortune of eating a pot pie as crunchy and OLD as this one is. I called the KFC At least 30 times before someone answered and and responded that they could not hear me my phone is breaking up. I called back at least 30 more times to not even get an answer at all so obviouslythat was on purpose to get me off the phone. Just getting off work on a Sunday being a truck driver who?s worked seven days straight since last week I?m tired and hungry and just wanted a pot pie Not ratchet service or a pot pie that is notedible, I wouldn?t even trust that place to respond to this and offer a free meal?of what?Death?????????????????????????Gotta Do better

I had to call the customer care after driving 20 mins to therestaurant to get my refund. Never going back to any KFC again. Pathetic system that wouldn't let the restaurant cancel theorder or not even have a system that would block us from ordering when the item is not available.
