Drove all over looking for Krystal! Seriously since pre-covid, about 2 plus years ago, after most Krystals starting closing...and heard a rumor there was one store open in Lawrenceville. I was so happy I ordered 4 Scramblers andSunrisers all for me. The cashier and cooks were so elated when I told them finding this store after 3 years made my morning.It's definitely ranked as country comfort food for me. Grits Scrambler is the best. Going back there everytime I get a cravingfor Krystals. Thank you to kind cook supervisor lady and cashier working the orders and pickup window.

After a shopping trip, I stopped by the drive-thru in Lawrenceville, and when I got home, I found that the food wasn't cooked properly. The cheese was still cold, the buns were soggy, and the burgers were flattened and poorly packed in their boxes. I still have everything stored in my fridge; it’s such a letdown. I noticed cars were honking at the drive-thru, which should have been a warning sign. I ended up waiting at the window for 15 minutes, even though I had already paid. I've visited this location countless times; in fact, my mom was the one who opened it by taking the first dollar there. Unfortunately, it just doesn't feel the same anymore.

However, not every location maintains the same level of quality. This particular one really stands out as being much better than the others. The food is made fresh to order, so you might have to wait a bit, but that just means it’s worth it. The quality of the food reminds me of Krystal's from years gone by. The staff here is friendly, and the burgers were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend checking this place out, and it's great to see they’re back to their regular hours—open 24/7!

This location consistently serves fresh food, and you can really tell it's made to order. While their new fries are just okay, everything else on the menu is excellent, and the customer service is exceptional.
