Was Claudine Barrows at Dunkin' a mag?
The service was extremely friendly. The server made a special effort to add a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top of my drink, which was a lovely touch that I've never encountered at other restaurants. View all feedback.

This location has terrible customer service. On two occasions, I had to wait over five minutes for coffee while I was the only customer in the store. Once, I ordered a hot coffee and after waiting five minutes in the drive-thru, I was given cold brew instead. I arrived early in the morning and found that I was served what were clearly yesterday's donuts, which were also squished. The staff member who helped me seemed to really want me to leave. They didn't have basic items like Chocolate Frosted donuts, and there were no seasonal options available either. As a lifelong Dunkin' fan, I was truly let down by this location.

I used to frequent this dunkin regularly, but over the last two years it's steadily gone down hill. Especially since Andy left. It seems like management doesn't know what they're doing or is very lazy, not sure which. Drinks are inconsistent, food istypically burned. There seems to be no organization behind the counter, just pure chaos and long wait times.

DD continues to decline. Today was my final visit; I’m done for good. If you’re fortunate enough to get a doughnut you actually want, it’s either cold or stale. I noticed there were no cars in line at the drive-thru from the traffic light, so I decided to stop by. I ended up waiting with just one other car at the menu board, and nothing happened—just silence. I parked and went inside, only to encounter an unfriendly employee at the drive-thru. I stood there without being acknowledged, and after waiting a while, I decided to leave, only to see that the same car was still stuck in the drive-thru. Don’t bother. Dunkin is heading straight for failure.

Last week, my boyfriend and I placed a pickup order and had to wait inside for a full ten minutes while the managers just watched us without saying anything. I get that staffing can be a challenge during peak times, but good management is essential for things to run smoothly. There are some decent employees, like Andy, who I think may have left because of the management issues. I really think that new management could make a big difference in the quality of service here. Sadly, this is no longer my favorite Dunkin'.
