The service was extremely friendly. The server made a special effort to add a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top of my drink, which was a lovely touch that I've never encountered at other restaurants. View all feedback.

This location has terrible customer service. On two occasions, I had to wait over five minutes for coffee while I was the only customer in the store. Once, I ordered a hot coffee and after waiting five minutes in the drive-thru, I was given cold brew instead. The woman who manages the Drive-Thru in the morning is quick and efficient. She provides excellent customer service.
I arrived early in the morning and found that I was served what were clearly yesterday's donuts, which were also squished. The staff member who helped me seemed to really want me to leave. They didn't have basic items like Chocolate Frosted donuts, and there were no seasonal options available either. As a lifelong Dunkin' fan, I was truly let down by this location.
I used to frequent this dunkin regularly, but over the last two years it's steadily gone down hill. Especially since Andy left. It seems like management doesn't know what they're doing or is very lazy, not sure which. Drinks are inconsistent, food istypically burned. There seems to be no organization behind the counter, just pure chaos and long wait times.
After the management leaves for the evening, it seems that the staff at this restaurant is only interested in making cold brew espresso. They often say that the machines are not working or that they lack the ingredients for other items. This pattern usually begins around 7 PM, and by 8:15, they start to disregard the drive-thru, acting as though they have closed for the night.
