Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This is the worst service I have ever encountered at a McDonald's in Noosa. The burger I ordered was drenched in mayonnaise, which I had to throw away because I am lactose intolerant. Additionally, when I asked for a drink holder at the counter, I had to ask 5 times before finally receiving one when I ordered food for a friend. The employee in the red shirt completely ignored me until a coworker next to her intervened. This behavior was incredibly rude.

The food at McDonalds is always good and the same every time. Good for an on the run meal.... lunch or breakfast. The only thing I didnt like was the server that served me. She spoke a million miles per hour and I could not...understand her. It was all a blur and I had to keep asking her what she had said. We dined there 21 October 8.13am. Order No 192. Please train your staff to speak clearly....it is not a huge ask ! Other than that we enjoyed our meal. The outdoor area had lovely decor and pleasant to dine in.

Any time i come here always friendly service and great atmosphere, food is always good and the right order.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Superb personal service. Relaxed help with anomalies when ordering a meal and seniors coffee from the vending robot machines. Quick efficient service.

Nice enough building but same as any other in terms of food. Expensive if easy meal. Can do better food in the area for the same price.
