What Cédric Ettelbruck doesn't like about Harbourlights:
We didn't eat, just had a beer and a coffee when we arrived in Noordwijk for a week's holiday. The coffee was good, the beer cold, nothing to complain about from that point of view. However, I take away two stars for the sighs received when we ordered, no smile, just the impression of disturbing. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.
