Halari Orchid - Nongpoh

The food and service were both amazing. Highly recommended to anyone going to Shillong from Guwahati or back...

Wonderful place for the travelers going in Shillong road. The prices are a little bit high but that is ok with the service they provide. Notable thing is that they have a great parking place which is a very comfort compare to the road side dhabas at Nongpo. This facility is established between Umsning and Nongpo on the left side of the road if you are coming from guwahati. There is a stream by the right side of the resort which will give you a very refreshing welcome when you parked your car here.

They have this yummy chicken samosa whose filling tastes like momos...must try.. Bathrooms are sparkly clean and it's a tiny rooftop cafe... Do try the chicken samosa

This place is a little far away from nongpoh and if you're going to shillong you should consider stopping by and having food here .The food is really good in terms of quality and quantity. The place too is vast . The service is great too!
