Every year, I wait for Summer just to enjoy their flavors, which include classic (where else can you find violet? and modern ones, using well known Slow-Food-certified ingredients. The staff always smiles at you, even when the place is crowded and it takes you minutes to decide what flavor you want. You take your gelato, you go outside and walk through the town, feeling like the happiest person in the world.
