Pizzeria Gastone - NOLA

Sono arrivati all'ultimo minuto, ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e contenuto. personale impeccabile, amichevole e accogliente, pizza eccellente

We stayed at Camposano for a quick night on an Italian tour and found this pizzeria on Gmaps. We entered at around midnight but they were serving until later, even though there weren't any guests besides us. However, there were some musicians hanging out and packing up (I guess they performed earlier) and the environment was very busy, friendly and genuine as they were notoriously not used to having tourists there. They chose the pizzas for us and although the menu would show all sorts of pizzas, we had one with just tomato sauce, anchovies and olives and other with loads of mozzarella that were absolutely marvellous! Later on our trip, we had a marinara and a margheritta at the renowned Antica Pizzeria da Michele that, honestly, were not as good as the ones we had at Gastone, so grab a bite there if you can.

I've been eating in this place very often. I like it a lot, friendly, nice, clean. The personnel is polite and caring. The food is superb. I highly recommend everyone around here to pass by! Thank you GASTONE!
