“Very delicious! Also under pandemic conditions! ” In January 2022 it was the 2. Visit Novalis for the first time as a couple. The food (4 courses) was very tasteful and varied. The service is simply good, always friendly and has fulfilled any special request. The ambience and the establishment of the restaurant fit to the castle illuminated at night. We were very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. If you want to afford it, it always likes.

We had a very nice evening in Novalis. The ambience is atmospheric, the staff is very friendly and with a very suitable proximity to the guest. The kitchen is a great compliment for your food in every walk of our five course menu.
