Taco Bell - Noblesville

Pretty clean environment. When nobody was there. A girl watched Elearnings for a job with Taco bell. The order was easy with the kiosks. The order came super fast and was great.

The new GM Josh Shaffer is amazing. This store is now in the Top 25 in its sales and service area. This store has greatly improved in two weeks

They got a guys order wrong twice and mine wasn't even completely done

The food is good when it’s correct. However my orders are rarely ever correct. Waited 20mins AT THE WINDOW for some tacos and some nachos. Nothing about this location is fast. Not to mention the countless times I have mobile ordered, just to get to the store and be told they are unable to make half of my order due to certain products not be on hand at the store (fries, beef, etc). The workers are always nice, but it is not worth the time or order complications. This location desperately needs new management. The Taco Bell further south on 37 is absolutely worth making a longer drive even if it is out of your way. The alternate Taco Bell in Noblesville is also typically more reliable. This location is not worth your time or money. (I would like to highlight again that I’ve never had a bad interaction with an employee, the actual service here, like what you pay for, is miles below acceptable on average.

Pur entire order was incorrect. Our tacos had tomatoes on them...ordered without tomatoes; none of them were crispy. They'd likely been pre-made and sitting under the warmer for an hour or more. Our order was missing other items as well. And the kid at the drive through stuffed it all I to one small bag. Our chips were crushed, tacos broken and Burrito so smashed that it's contents leaked everywhere. We tossed the entire order and went somewhere else. We won't return.
