Jesse, if I've spelled her name correctly, was the one who served me and prepared my drink. She was incredibly polite and amazing. Since I don't drink coffee and I'm quite picky with my fruit choices, finding a suitable beverage can be a bit challenging for me. Jesse if I'm spelling her name correctly was the one who waited on me and made my drink she was so polite and amazing. I don't drink coffee so finding a drink for me is a little hard with my picky self. With her help I was able to find a fall drink that didn't include pumpkin. The drink is amazing so is her personality and smile when you walk in the door and she spelled my name correctly on the first try without asking. I love my fall non coffee drink thanks Jesse ?

Listening seems to be a lost skill at many stores in this chain. My order was wrong (again). A little hot water does not mean fill it to overflowing. If I wanted that, I 'd order an Americano...
I am from out of town and stopped in for a morning coffee. There were so many cars in the drive thru that I decided to go inside and order. I ordered my coffee and waited over 15 minutes for it. They are located right across from a hospital and get tons of mobile orders so they seem to be overwhelmed with orders.
Hearing seems to be a lost skill in many stores in this chain. my command was wrong (again). a little hot water does not mean to overflow it. If I wanted to, I order an americano.
