Dining room and behind the counter were disgusting. One customer had to ask for someone to clean a table since none were clean. The employee lazily stolls over and cleans ONE table. Employees arguing with each other, food not hot, attitudes horrible. I'dgive it zero stars if I could. View all feedback.
I really like Qdoba in general but this location is not great. I live near by and have been many times and it?s consistently the worst Qdoba I?ve been too. It?s generally slow, dirty, and quite pricy. I had to tell the employee to add cheese to thequesadilla. This is a prime location so hopefully the management changes and brings up the standards.
Don?t go to this location. Staff won?t acknowledge you. When asked about an order will continue to use their phones. Manager stands silent the entire time. Lazy employees, slow service, prioritize their own conversations and cells phones as opposed toproviding the service they are paid to do. Won?t ever go back to Qdoba after this experience.

An employee slowly walked over and cleaned just one table. There were also employees arguing with each other, the food was cold, and the attitudes were unpleasant. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.
This Qdoba location definitely has its challenges. The general manager is fantastic, but she has a lot on her plate. When we visited, the place was in disarray—food scattered around, a dirty assembly area, dusty corners, and greasy counters. They were also out of many menu items. The staff is great, but it seems like the new GM inherited a tough situation, and she’s doing her best to manage it before it gets worse. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back anytime soon, as the meal was simply underwhelming.
We visited this location last Saturday and had a disappointing experience. The staff was incredibly slow and served very small portions. It felt like they had no clue what they were doing. There were only two people ahead of us in line, yet we waited for at least 15 minutes. One employee started filling our bowls but left them half-finished, waiting for a colleague to catch up, which only made our food sit there for ages since that person was so slow. The one team member who seemed to have any idea how to work didn’t step in to help streamline the process. By the time we finally paid and sat down, our food was barely warm. This was the worst Qdoba I've ever been to. A lot of other customers came in after us and also ended up waiting for a long time, while the staff continued to move even slower.
