What Sarah Frauchiger doesn't like about Burger King:
I had to pick up a DoorDash order a few hours ago. The drive thru closes at 1am. Well, staff decided to close 30 minutes early. I tried to get someone’s attention through the window to see if the DoorDash order was ready. Staff was cleaning up, they saw me, and just ignored me. One of them even rolled their eyes at me. This BK location is the best BK I have ever been to. The staff here are consistently friendly and service is very fast. Our food is always fresh and visually appealing. Whatever management at this location is doing, please keep it up. You and your staff are doing great!
Went thru drive thur it went fast they gave us everything and we wasn't missing nothing
$3.80 for a whopper Junior, and I was handed an ice cold bag. The bag was cold as well as the bun,the he burger inside was barely warm. As far as I'm concerned this was my last BK, as they aren't made fresh.
Andrea the manager talks to her employees terrible! Like their her children she tries to humiliate them in from of the customers. She has a unpleasant attitude. It was a real hostile environment when I went to order food. When I tried to talk to her regarding her conduct she tried to over talk me. This was very unprofessional in my opinion to mistreat employees in front of customers
