I experienced some issues with the delivery app, so I opted to pick up my order instead. However, when I got home, I found that my large coffee was only two-thirds full, and my salad was missing its dressing. It appeared that they were quite busy and possibly overwhelmed that day.

It appeared that she was frustrated because sh... read more However, there was a tense moment when a young woman with colored dreadlocks confronted the tall woman over this. It appeared that she was frustrated because she had been chatting in the back and almost allowed another customer to take my cookies, which could have caused a mix-up due to her lack of focus. I waited about 10 minutes while she finished her conversation and then finally managed to grab the four cookies. Instead of taking responsibility for the oversight, she chose to reprimand the new employee, which seemed very unprofessional. I usually have a laid-back attitude, and I don't mind waiting a little longer for my order, but what really bothered me was her decision to direct her frustration at someone who was simply trying to do their job.
