I thought the only way I'd ever enjoy cookies again was by cheating on my diet, which would lead to painful stomach issues for a moment of enjoyment. THEN, I found Dr. Lucy's cookies at my local Whole Foods, and they are simply amazing! I might have to keep them hidden from the rest of my family! Thank you for creating such a healthy, allergy-free treat. Dessert is officially back on the menu for me! (I'm particularly fond of the cinnamon thins!)
