Arby's - Nob

Had to ring the bell for service. The food was horrible. And my wife got an Andy’s mint milkshake and it had no Andy’s and no chocolate syrup. When asking about if it comes with Andy’s and we was told I don’t know. No one there wanted to do their job. This Arby’s is trash and I do not recommend it to be eat at. It’s only good to be demolished and made a parking lot.

I ordered something on the app that was no longer available, and between the staff and the manager, they did everything in their power to correct it by refunding and offering another meal in its place. Since my job has moved close to this Arby's location, this is my go to Arby's and staff has been friendly, kind, courteous, and always willing to assist me. The food has always been hot and I love the flavored lemonade...can we make the large larger please...

Roast beef and roll was not freshly made it taste like it had to been sitting for awhile cold. We asked for Hot french fries with no salt got a few hot fries the rest was semi warm.

Really thought My Meal would have been hotter and fresher being I had to wait for it. Associate was pleasant, however it appeared that she was the only one working. Food was regular, I've had better on the boulevard across from Wal-Mart. When I wait, there is a definate difference the quality of my meal, I know because it hot!!
