By far some of the worst customer service I’ve seen, they do not greet you. When you walk in, they will stare at you until you talk to them first. The waiting time is also ridiculous for this place. I would highly recommend retraining your staff on the basics of Customer Service. If a person is spending almost $40 for a meal for two, I would expect much more out of this place. View all feedback.
I promise you they make black people wait longer than other races .. go try yourself
I love teriyaki madness, but this location wasn’t a good Experience. They took forever for my order, and food was half way cold. Hope things get better!!!
I just ordered a Chicken Bowl and some of the chicken and vegetables were cold. Who does that? No pride of care for their work.
When half of the food is rice the rice can not be cooked wrong! Gross mushi kinda like paste. Cheap on sauce as well we were given two cups for a large bowl and small bowl no napkins . It's the small things that count for me.
This my local Teriyaki Madness and I get good service every time. If there’s any issues they solve them right away.
