Kfc - NLV

Very slow and been there 3 times and not one time have they ever gotten the order correct. How dumb do you have to be to work at this location. Alot apparently I will tell you what I ordered and you decide 2 piece breast wing meal no gravy on potatoes 2x chicken strip meal no gravy on potatoes No drinks What I got was 2 wings gravy spilling out into box missing biscuit 3 strips gravy all over potatoes in both orders and again got 1 biscuit 2 drinks I didn't even want If it was possible to give a negative star I would . KFC will hire anyone who will wear the uniform and have no clue how to read or take a order.

Inside a gas station. taste like any other kfc. got my food freshly prepared and it makes all the difference.

Ive been to this place a couple of times but this time my experience in this place was quite different. Ricardo had excellent customer service skills. He’s a tall Hispanic with a goatee

These 5 stars are for cashier Haylee only! The other employees that were there at the time I stopped by could learn thing or two from her (they were super grouchy! . Haylee, thank you for being so kind and professional. You greeted us with a smile as soon as we approached the counter and your service was exceptional. Promotion and raise for Haylee!

They are always helpful and respectful and make sure you get what you ordered
