I ve been going here because its close to the house. They send out a mailer claiming hot seat drawings. I ve been there a few times and despite the place being empty Wednesday s for the lunch hour drawing i win no freeplay. At one point i was the only one playing. Poor gaming experience. The board where they write down jackpots gets emptier same as the location. Dissapointing

The reason my husband I continue coming back to this particular location is because we absolutely adore enjoy the company of [most] of the staff here Tim Dillon have always given us exceptionally outstanding service they always wear a legitimate smile whilest doing so! They are always a pleasure to be around; their attitudes work ethic totally set the atmosohere for just an awesome ambiance to sit back, relax, have a few drinks, play the machines. However the same canNOT be said about the female staff here; it's not often that you receive a welcoming greeting from them, if you're privledged enough to receive one at all... even tho you'd think chances of that would increase as a regular returning guest nope! This location is fairly new to the area, but I don't see them having trouble bringing in business as they are currently located in a desirable area. The only suggestion I have for the management is to encourage their staff to be more personable and/or hire new staff that is genuinely outgoing creates a bond w/the customers considering most of them will be regulars, not tourists that just come go then are never seen again.
