Was Alison at Gettin' Basted a mag?
Stopped in on a Saturday and my husband and I both had the burnt ends. I can not say enough about this meal. Most tender meat EVER. Melts in your mouth. Staff is so nice! Plus we were so impressed that they were busy starting to assemble over nine hundred sack lunches to deliver to Branson High School. Says they do for Clever schools too. In terms of parking, there is plenty available when the restaurant is not too crowded. It tends to be slower around lunchtime. As for kid-friendliness, the atmosphere seems to be welcoming to families with children.

Normally we love this place, however, yesterday our take order was not up to the usual standard. The burnt ends and veggies were so salty that we couldn’t finish them, the beans were so heavy on the onion that they also got tossed, the burger was plain, and they forgot bbq sauce and our drinks. Our service was good and on time, but I’m not sure if we’ll be back, which is sad because it’s my favorite place in Nixa! $100 for 4 people isn’t worth it if most of the food is wasted. Hope they just had an off night!

I absolutely adore everything about this restaurant. The food is amazing, and their service is just as impressive. I've never had a dish here that wasn't delicious, and everything arrives hot and on time. I just had to share this hidden gem in Nixa with others! You all are fantastic!
