They go the extra mile to put a smile on your face.  I have been frequenting this location for 5 years now.  The customer service and food quality are consistently great. Drive thru wait times are very low and workers have always made sure I have any additions such as sauces, napkins etc.  I have tried other Springfield locations and they sorely lack the quality of the Nixa location.

The food was served cold,... read more I've been to many Arby's restaurants all over the country and generally like the food. This was the nastiest store I've ever been in! The food was served cold, and there was dead rat on the dining room floor clearly visible. Also tables were food covered and trashed! Take the mask off your employees so they can breathe and actually work to their best potential!!

I wish I knew their names because they totally deserve recognition. Great service and great food! I will be back!

I called to complain about my food (my sandwich was missing the top bun), and the manager, Chuck, was far from helpful. He seemed reluctant to acknowledge his position and was rude and condescending, mostly talking about his own bad day instead of addressing my concerns. I pointed out that his staff was rude, as my husband had also noticed, and it seemed like Chuck didn’t care at all. I explained that if he received cold fries and an incomplete sandwich while paying full price, he wouldn’t be happy either. But he just went on about his own issues! If we crave Arby’s in the future, we’ll drive to Springfield instead of dealing with the Nixa location!
