I have been there twice recently each time food has been low grade barely warm had to return first time management remade the order recieved hot and fresh. seco... read more I have been there twice recently each time food has been low grade barely warm had to return first time management remade the order recieved hot and fresh. second time Luke warm again cold cheese thrown on it fries old tasting mentioned to drive through window i was told i can redue but probably will come out the same way management came told them to remake well it was the same except it was microwaved and bottom bun was hard sad to say wendy's is nothing like they use to be

Even was still super friendly and patient when I was having issues with my card. Super friendly environment and very welcoming. Out of alot of Wendy's I've been at in my lifetime this was definitely the best. I got the Cobb salad and a chicken nugget with fries. Kids got baconators and the wife had a spicy chicken sandwich and also a Cobb salad. Well made and delicious. Friendly family environment.

The mana... read more The food at this restaurant was terrible. The chicken nuggets and fries were cold, and the bacon stack burger had an excessive amount of pickles on it. The manager showed little concern and offered to remake my order, but when I asked for a refund, she nonchalantly agreed, suggesting she could make the order again. I will not be returning to this establishment. They need to improve their quality, hire staff who take pride in their work, and have managers who prioritize customer service. It's not that difficult to do better.
